Sparkle Flex Car Wash

We got our car washed today and paid for their best package, so we expected a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the service. I had to call and point out that the doors had not been cleaned properly, which was then taken care of. However, when we got home, we noticed that there was still dust and stains left both around the car and inside the vehicle. For the price of the package, we expected a much higher standard of cleaning. It’s disappointing to pay for the best package and still have to find areas that were missed after leaving the car wash.

I had a very disappointing experience here and will not be returning. I purchased the Sparkle Ceramic Full Service for $42, which includes both interior and exterior cleaning. I waited about 25 minutes in line, which I didn’t mind, but what I received in return was extremely rushed and incomplete. The actual cleaning took maybe 5 minutes, and it showed. After I left, I looked more closely, multiple areas had clearly been skipped. My rubber mats were never removed, just quickly wiped, and there was still dirt and grass under the matts. The interior bottom trim was not wiped at all, and the car was not properly vacuumed along the sides. Parts of the dashboard, especially around the glove box, were not touched, and the trim next to the cup holder was still dirty. The windows looked HORRENDOUS and smeared, and the windshield had noticeable dried water spots. I went back and asked for a redo, pointing out the exact areas that needed attention, including the side vacuuming, interior trim, and cup holder area. While the second attempt was slightly better, they still failed to address basic issues. The trim next to the cup holder was still not cleaned, there was still bird droppings on

Back in September, I got a car wash here with the rain repellent option. Check out how effectively it repels water in my video! I highly recommend getting a car wash here… it’s the best in Newport News!

1st time visit. Got the $15 Gold Wash. Pulled my SUV which was caked with road salt and spray from 2 trips in snowy weather to the Midwest. The attendant scrubbed the vehicle well before it went through the wash. Afterwards I pulled to the self serve vacuum area which offered glass cleaner, damp soft cloths and tire shine. Great value, great quality, well organized and clean. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST CARWASHES EVER!

After the salt spraying of the road and the recent expected storm, I wanted to make sure to get the dried salt off of my car quickly. I went to Sparkle Flex Car Wash and was very satisfied with the entire experience, especially the washing and drying of my car. However, from first driving up to the payment booth, I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and customer service provided by the woman in the booth. As I waited for cars to move in front of me we had a brief and pleasant conversation. From there, I had a short wait of just a little over 5 minutes. Then I was directed/guided onto the car wash track by a man who gave very clear instructions and also sprayed the car with a pressure washer to prepare it for the wash. The entire wash, rinse, and "blow" dry process took about 3 minutes, with the car moving automatically along the track. (Note, this is not a touchless wash, but it is a "brushless" wash. Long strips of fabric gently wash and rinse the car). Finally, after the "blow" dry at the end of the automatic wash, I drove my car to hand drive area and one person immediately started drying my car and specially cleaning my tires. He was then joined by anoth
